MotorCities National Heritage Area awarded a grant to the Oakland Township Historical Society for their to celebrate the 100th Birthday of Walter P. Reuther and honor his family in their home town area. The general public embraced the Reuther Exhibit, No Greater Calling, at Paint Creek Cider Mill Community Center located in Oakland County, Michigan. Over 1,000 visitors viewed the exhibit and everyone's reaction was very positive and generated comments and questions about Reuther family members.
