General Management Plan
MotorCities National Heritage Area was established by an Act of Congress in 1998. It is an affiliate of the National Park Service dedicated to preserving interpreting and promoting the automotive and labor heritage of Michigan.
MotorCities seeks to amend its General Management Plan to more accurately reflect its operation now and into the future. Public meetings will be conducted throughout the heritage area to provide opportunity for feedback. This feedback will be compiled into a formal request and forwarded to the National Park Service for review and adoption.
